The trainings viz., In-Campus/Off-Campus/Virtual/Workshops/ Mid-Career Training/Refresher Courses will be organized by the TGSFA, Dulapally and funded under CAMPA and Afforestation Fund (TKHH).

 

v In-Campus Training (3 days module) : In view of the recent trends in forest management and emerging field-level challenges,  a series of thematic courses have been designed and trainings conducted to various field level functionaries at the Academy campus.

v Off-Campus Trainings (1day @ District Level module) : The main objective of this module is to address the field level challenges at District and Circle level with domain experts.

v Virtual Trainings (1 day module) : Keeping in view the field-level challenges and emerging issues, the Academy has designed specialized courses and will be conducting virtual training programmes to facilitate effective knowledge sharing with various field-level functionaries. This approach aims to ensure wider reach, greater accessibility, and continuous learning across the forestry sector.

v Workshops/Seminars(2 days or 1 day) :  Two /one days review workshops will be organized to the Circle Heads & Other field officers. Further one day workshops will be organized by inviting the previous batch trainees to share their field experience and applicability of the knowledge gained during Induction Training Program. 

 

v Mid-Career Training's (MCT) to (FRO/FSO/FBO) (5 days) :

o   This training is envisaged to achieve the specific objectives to help the field level functionaries to upgrade their knowledge, skills and attitudinal competencies for effective management of the natural resources and to ensure better protection of forests.

o   Refresher training is proposed for the officers who are promoted to the next level with an objective to reinforce existing skills and knowledge. Typically designed for a short period to update their knowledge, to experience and gain expertise in forestry and allied areas in specific fields.
